Rochelle Paley became an attorney to help people and businesses navigate the system and get the job done. She is a lifelong Ohio resident and is a practicing lawyer in the Cleveland area. She grew up in Beachwood and graduated from Beachwood High School. Rochelle earned her B.A. at Kent State University and her Juris Doctor Degree from Cleveland State University College of Law. She is admitted to practice in the state courts in Ohio, as well as the in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

 

Rochelle began practicing law in 1989. She opened Paley Law LLC in 2019. Paley Law LLC is her sole practice where she focuses on the needs of individuals and smalls businesses with businesses issues. Rochelle also works with landlords and tenants helping them navigate the complexities of residential and commercial leases, evictions and other issues which may arise.

 

Rochelle has always been active in the community. She currently serves as the Membership Director and the Governance Director of WIN Cleveland. She is the Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Shaker Arts Council, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees the Sussex Association. Rochelle is a member of the Premier Chapter of BNI and has served twice as secretary-treasurer of that organization.

 

Rochelle has previously held the positions of president and vice president (two terms each) and board member for the Shaker Figure Skating Club. She was also the president of the Beta Tau chapter of Alpha Xi Delta Sorority and the Vice President and Treasurer of Kent State University Panhellenic Council.
