Bio:

Lynn is a co-founder of EPOCH Pi, a B Corp investment bank helping purpose-driven and values-led companies (businesses endeavoring to create value for all of their stakeholders) sell their companies to or raise capital from values and purpose-aligned parties, so they are able to continue their impact and preserve their culture long-term. Utilizing proprietary culture tools and a lens that informs structure and aims to understand cultural and/or philosophical differences, it is the idea of “selling your company without selling your soul”, improving outcomes for all parties.

Prior to founding EPOCH, Lynn spent 13 years at Candlewood Partners, a middle market investment bank, and South Franklin Street Partners, its private equity affiliate. Prior to that, she worked at Morgenthaler Partners, The Fountains Retirement Communities, and KeyBank.
